Victory Medal Hangers® strives to dispatch all orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. Our standard dispatch time is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated. We aim to ensure that your order arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your region and chosen courier service. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs procedures or unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that delivery exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order and request a refund.

SHIPPING SPECIFICATIONS:
- All orders are shipped via DHL Express / UPS Express Saver.
- Estimated delivery time: 3–5 Business Days after dispatch.
- Please provide a valid phone number and street address to facilitate smooth delivery by our courier partners.
- DHL and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
